Care Pure Cleaning

These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by Care Pure Cleaning.

1. Services

Care Pure Cleaning provides eco-friendly cleaning services for homes, Airbnb properties, and workspaces.
Services are agreed in advance based on the information provided by the client.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made by message, email, or phone.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Access to Property

  • Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.

  • If access is not possible and no prior notice is given, the visit may be charged.

4. Products & Equipment

Care Pure Cleaning uses gentle, eco-friendly products that are safe for families, pets, and the environment.
If clients request the use of specific products, this must be agreed in advance.

5. Valuables & Breakages

  • All reasonable care is taken while cleaning.

  • Clients are asked to secure fragile, valuable, or sentimental items before the clean.

  • Care Pure Cleaning cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or items not reasonably expected to withstand standard cleaning.

6. Health & Safety

  • The working area should be safe and free from hazards.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or unhygienic beyond normal cleaning requirements.

7. Payments

  • Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.

  • Payment is expected promptly after services are completed, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss and resolve the issue fairly.

9. Liability

Care Pure Cleaning’s liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.

10. Changes to These Terms

Care Pure Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on this website.
